Policies

-In case of broken or damaged pottery during the firing process we will offer a boo-boo card valid for a repaint of the same piece or any piece of the same value, or a gift card of similar price

-Currently, we are a WALK-IN ONLY studio, with reservations for specified events. Check out our calendar to see what you need a reservation for!

-If you have a group of more than 6 people, we ask you call the studio in advance to confirm we have to room and can properly accommodate you 

-Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult (ages 18+). Drop and shop and Kids Night Out (ages 6-17) not included. This is mall policy.

- Pottery will take UP TO 2 WEEKS to get back to you. We will call, text, or email you when it is ready

-Time frame can differ between seasons, events, staffing, and equipment capabilities

-We attempt contact no matter what, if you find you were not contacted, please contact the store. Our 30 day hold policy is valid even if our contact attempt did not go through

WE DO NOT SHIP POTTERY

-2 hour paint time limit is preferred to allow other guests time to paint as well

-If studio is not busy, we allow customers to stay longer than time limit

-On the off chance you cannot complete your piece in one sitting, we allow customers to take home their pieces with the option to come back another day to finish with no extra cost, or take paints and brushes to finish at home, also at no additional cost

-That day you must pay for the piece(s) and fee(s), and we will pack the pottery up for you to take that day

We do not hold pieces in our studio if you do not finish

-As a studio, we stop taking painters 1 hour before we close. In that time, we still do offer order pickups, and the purchase of To-Go Kits, bisque, and gift cards

-If the store is not busy, we may close the store 15 minutes early without warning

-NO EATING IN THE STUDIO

-Leaving to get food or bringing food into the studio lengthens the time customers are sitting at tables, and is unsanitary with our paints

-We hold pottery for 30 days after initial contact, whether the contact goes through the first time or not. After the 30 days, we attempt contact 1 more time and hold pottery for 1 more week. After the week is up, we donate the pottery to the public. Once this time frame has passed, we do not offer refunds or repaints
